Sometimes you need to block out a little shape for effect while stencilling on your cupcake toppers and cookies, and these little block-outs are perfect for the job.
In the set are five block-outs, the smallest being 1" and the largest 3", of each of the following shapes:

How to use them
You need to be working flat for these to work.
For airbrushing weight them down with a little bit of fondant (sugarpaste) stuck to the back - makes them super easy to lift again.
If using a sponge and lustre dust on fondant, roll the fondant flat, place the block-out down and roll over it once with your rolling pin. Then place your stencil on top and roll over it once. Then lustre dust with a sponge stick. Lift up both stencil and block-out carefully. You will find that the block-out will leave an impression in your fondant. If you don't wish that to happen, put the stencil down first and then hold the block-out in place while you sponge.
