How to use:
Lustre Dust - Cover your board with sugarpaste, don't cut trim the edges just yet. Place your stencil in the middle and smooth down the design part only. Roll over gently the design with a rolling pin, or smooth with a cake smoother. Using a sponge fill in the design with lustre dust, don't use too much, build the colour up gently. Blow away any excess dust. Lift the stencil off. Smooth any marks from the edge of the stencil, then trim the edges of the board.
Royal icing - Cover your board with sugarpaste, trim the edges and leave to harden, overnight is best. Place your stencil in the middle of the board, cover the design part with royal icing and then scrap away. The best texhnique is to hold the stencil with one hand while applying the royal icing and scraping away with the other hand. Lift the stencil off.
